ABOUT BLING JEWELRY:

How do I take care of my BLING jewelry?

Sterling silver tarnishes. This is a natural reaction the metal has with chemicals in the air. Frequent light polishing with a polishing cloth designed for sterling silver will help minimize tarnish.

Items plated with 14K gold, 14 K rose gold or rhodium are tarnish resistant but the plating can wear off if item is worn often.

To make your jewelry last it is recommended that you minimize its exposure to water, lotions and perfumes.

Do you carry more products than are listed on the website?

We sometimes offer more items than what we have listed on the website. We have access to 10,000+ different jewelry pieces through our wholesale partners. We also sometimes create our own pieces or source special pieces from trips abroad (i.e. shell rings from Cancun, Mexico and glass blown rings from Barcelona, Spain).

ORDERING AND BILLING:

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Venmo and Paypal. Contact us directly if you wish to pay via Venmo or Paypal as we do not have those capabilities live in the site right now.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped to Massachusetts only. Orders shipping outside of Massachusetts are not subject to tax.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged once we confirm your order.

Do you price match if an item I purchased is later reduced?

All prices are final and we do not price match. 

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed, we will not be able to cancel it.

When will I receive my order?

We make our best efforts to ensure all orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible. Although we strive to ship out all orders the same day of which they were placed during business hours, we cannot guarantee that they will.  You should receive your order approximately a week after it’s placed.

Not all items are guaranteed to be in stock.  If an item is out of stock we will contact you to help you find a comparable product or refund your order.

 

SHIPPING:

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped through USPS. If you need something in a very short time frame please contact us directly and we can try our best to deliver it to you in person (if you are in the Greater Boston area) or mail it through UPS at the UPS rate needed.

Where do you ship to?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any locations outside of the United. Packages that are returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple delivery attempts will be subject to additional charges to reship the order.

How much is shipping?

All USPS shipping charges displayed during checkout are the estimated shipping costs. The amount "charged" on the customer’s credit card during check is simply pending. The actual charge of the credit card will be made once all shipping and in stock adjustments have been made.

We currently offer free shipping on orders over $50.

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES:

What is your policy for returns or exchanges?

If for any reason you are not satisfied please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase (customer is responsible for return shipping cost) and we can exchange or refund your purchase.

After we receive your returned order, we will inspect it and issue a credit / exchange within 5 to 7 business days. Your card issuer will determine how long the money takes to be refunded to your bank account.

Please contact us via phone, text or email for instructions on returning and/or exchanging your jewelry.

If you have any issues with your jewelry due to a manufacturing error after this 30 day window please contact us so we can offer a solution. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

 

WHY IS YOUR WEBSITE BLINGSTRONG.COM?:

Well, we wanted bling.com but that was taken. Then we came up with blingstrong for the following reasons:

- We do fundraisers to give back to causes

- We are from Watertown and Watertown Strong

- We are strong women (physically and mentally) :)
